    Wood is recruiting for a Senior Study Manager to join our Process, Technology and Consulting group in Abu Dhabi on a staff basis.   Responsibilities - Undertake the execution of Studies (e.g. concept studies, feasibility assessments and pre-FEED) as assigned by Manager, Upstream or PTaC Management; - Manage all matters affecting execution of the contract, including preparation of project schedule, management of project risk, costs, profit and loss accounting and Client invoicing, including effective close out of the project, engaging appropriate Wood departments when necessary; - Identify and communicate project objectives, in accordance with the contract terms, scope of work and corporate policy, to the project team, PTaC Management Team, relevant Departmental Managers and Client; - Ensure that Wood and Client’s Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Procedures are complied with and the schedule and budget for the work are met; - Organise, manage and motivate the project team to achieve the health, safety, environmental, schedule performance, cost and quality requirements of the project, from contract award to Client's acceptance; - Negotiate any contract changes with the Client as necessary; - Manage relationships with Clients, their agents, any joint venture partners and any third parties, such as licensors or technology providers, including confidentiality and intellectual property protection, ensuring resolution of any concerns/ issues in an appropriate time frame. This is an exceptional opportunity to positively contribute to the ongoing growth of the Wood Middle East business.   The Portfolio Manager role is accountable for the delivery and management of the ADNOC PMC main framework contract, managing the portfolio of PMC projects in various international locations. As PMC Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing the effective relationships internally with functional support and externally with our customer. This will be achieved through an effective handover from proposals, the development of a commercial plan, and a project management plan for the framework contract.   You will be responsible for identifying talent needs and establishing a highly motivated core team in partnership with resourcing, to coordinate and deliver the contract requirements. In doing so, you will also identify the key performance indicators, performance metrics and HSE expectations. It is also an expectation that the Contract Manager upholds the highest standard of ethical conduct in line with the Wood code of conduct and ensures the PMC team do likewise.
